Asima 
Asima is a word in Sanskrit meaning no boundaries or without a boundary.

     Asima Pratishthana, popularly Asima, established in 2005, was founded because of the need for environmental restoration, stewardship, conservation of wildlife, protection of lakes and pristine wildlife habitats. The Pratishthana aims at conserving and preserving the richness of language, culture and art.

     Asima coordinates and holds action programmes for Conservation in the areas of forests, wildlife, biodiversity, environment education and culture. We are engaged in creating awareness about the environment, working together with community by educating about the need to conserve.

     Asima works in cooperation with local and national bodies and conservation organisations. We provide information based on our field research and study to the decision makers to help them in conservation policy and action.
